Forgot your password?
Password reset uses your Vault Key (shown once at registration, or reveal it below with your current password). Go to Forgot Password, enter your User ID + Vault Key, then set a new password.
Login password
Recovery vault key
Your vault key is the only way to reset a forgotten password. Reveal it with your login password, then copy or download it and store it offline.
Passkeys
Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device screen lock — no password needed. Use “Continue with Passkey” on the login page after registering a device here.
